To check the live status of your RTO application, you must have the following two details handy. You can find them on the SMS sent by VAHAN or the printed payment receipt:
This is the unique multi-digit number generated immediately after you submit your DL/LL form online. It is printed at the top of your acknowledgement slip.
You must enter your Date of Birth exactly as it is registered in your Aadhaar card and the submitted Parivahan application form (Format: DD-MM-YYYY).

Enter Tracking Details
Carefully type your Application Number and Date of Birth in the respective fields. Ensure there are no spaces in the application number.
Solve Captcha & Submit
Enter the security code (Captcha) exactly as shown in the image. Click on the 'Submit' button to fetch your file's status from the RTO database.
Check RTO Desk Status
A detailed table will appear showing exactly which steps are "Completed" and which step is "Pending" (e.g., Scrutiny, Biometrics, Printing, or Dispatch).
