Stuck at OTR Generation or Face Authentication?

This year, creating an OTR is the biggest challenge for students. If your Aadhaar mobile number is inactive, or the NSP app fails to capture your face via the Aadhaar FaceRD app, you cannot proceed.

If you are from Mainpuri or surrounding areas, do not miss your scholarship deadline! Visit our Avi Jan Seva Kendra (Avi CSC Point). Our certified operators will quickly resolve your Aadhaar linking issues, successfully complete your Biometric/Face Authentication on the spot, verify your NPCI status, and submit your NSP form flawlessly.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is an OTR in NSP?
OTR stands for One Time Registration. It is a unique 14-digit reference number generated after Aadhaar authentication. You only need to create it once in your student life, and you will use it every year to apply for or renew your NSP scholarship.
Why is my scholarship payment failing?
The Government of India now transfers scholarship funds strictly via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). If your bank account is closed, dormant, or NOT seeded (mapped) with your Aadhaar at the NPCI server, the payment will bounce. Ensure NPCI mapping before applying.
Can I apply for both State (UP) and NSP Scholarships?
No. According to government rules, a student can only receive one government scholarship at a time for the same academic year. Applying for both may lead to rejection of both applications due to duplicate Aadhaar tracking.
I made a mistake in the final form. Can I edit it?
Once you click 'Final Submit', you cannot edit the form yourself. You must immediately contact your Institute Nodal Officer (INO) and ask them to "Defect" your form. Once defected, the form will return to your login for correction.
What is the Aadhaar FaceRD app?
It is an official UIDAI app required by the NSP portal for e-KYC. If you do not have an Aadhaar-linked mobile number for OTP, the NSP app uses the FaceRD app to scan your face and verify your identity against the Aadhaar database.

Strict Cyber Fraud & Scam Alert

SECURITY WARNING: The Ministry of Minority Affairs or NSP authorities NEVER call students asking for bank OTPs, CVV, or money to "approve" pending scholarships. Do not fall for WhatsApp messages offering VIP scholarship approval. Protect your OTR password and Aadhaar details from unverified agents.
