UP Ration Card New List 2026
Check Status, Print NFSA Receipt & Aadhaar e-KYC Guide
The Department of Food and Civil Supplies (FCS), Uttar Pradesh has updated the National Food Security Act (NFSA) Eligibility List for 2026. Following strict new guidelines, the state government has removed ineligible beneficiaries and mandated Aadhaar e-KYC for all family members. You can no longer view the entire village list openly. Read this guide to securely check your name, verify your family members, and download the official UP Ration Card slip online.
The government issues two primary types of Ration Cards based on the financial status of the family. The benefits vary accordingly:
Issued to families living above the extreme poverty line but still requiring food security. Beneficiaries receive 5 KG ration per unit (person).
Issued to the poorest of the poor families. Beneficiaries receive a fixed 35 KG ration per family, regardless of the number of members.
Details Required to Check Name
Due to new privacy and security rules, the open 'Village-wise list' has been restricted. You now need specific details to view your family's slip:
- Aadhaar Card Number: Of the Head of the Family (HOF) or any active member enrolled in the ration card.
- 12-Digit Ration Card Number: If you already know your card number, you can check directly using it.
- Aadhaar OTP (If Required): In some verification steps, an OTP may be sent to the Aadhaar-linked mobile number.

Name Cut from the List or e-KYC Pending?
Recently, the UP Government deleted thousands of ration cards due to pending Aadhaar e-KYC, incorrect unit mapping, or duplicate entries. If you search by Aadhaar and the portal says "Record Not Found", it means your card has been suspended or your Aadhaar is not linked to the ration database.
If you are facing this issue and belong to Mainpuri or nearby areas, visit our Avi Jan Seva Kendra (Avi CSC Point) immediately. As certified CSC operators, we will check your exact Aadhaar seeding status, perform the mandatory biometric e-KYC if required, and assist in adding missing family members back to your Ration Card legally.
