Step-by-Step Online Application Process

1

Registration (Fresh/Renewal)

New students must click on 'Student Registration'. Previous year beneficiaries must strictly click on 'Renewal Login' using last year's Registration Number.

2

Aadhaar Authentication (e-KYC)

Enter your Aadhaar number. An OTP will be sent to the linked mobile number. Without successful Aadhaar authentication, you cannot proceed to fill the form.

3

Fill Details & NPCI Verification

Enter your academic details, marks, and fee receipt info. The portal will automatically check your Bank NPCI mapping status from the UIDAI server.

4

Final Lock & Institutional Submit

Print the rough copy and check for errors. Lock the form finally. Print the final hardcopy after 3 days and submit it to your college/school along with all document copies.

Stuck at NPCI Mapping or e-District Verification?

The most common reasons for scholarship rejection or forms getting stuck are "NPCI Status Not Received", "Income/Caste Certificate Verification Failed", or Aadhaar demographic mismatch. A single spelling mistake can freeze your ₹50,000+ scholarship amount.

If you are facing server errors, NPCI issues, or need to fill out your complex Dashmottar form flawlessly, students from Mainpuri and surrounding areas should directly visit our Avi Jan Seva Kendra (Avi CSC Point). Our certified operators verify your NPCI status beforehand, digitally authenticate your e-District certificates, and submit your scholarship form securely to ensure 100% approval by the DWO.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is NPCI Seeding and why is it mandatory?
NPCI Seeding means linking your Bank Account directly to your Aadhaar for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). The UP Government no longer sends scholarship money via Account/IFSC; it is sent directly to the Aadhaar number. If your account is not NPCI mapped, the transaction will fail.
Can I apply as a Fresh candidate if I received it last year?
No. If you received the scholarship last year in the same course (e.g., BA 1st Year to BA 2nd Year), you MUST apply under the 'Renewal' category. Applying as a fresh candidate will result in a "Duplicate Data" rejection.
My Income Certificate is 3 years old. Will it work?
No. Income certificates are only valid for 3 years from the date of issue. If it expires before or during the application process, the e-District server will reject it. You must apply for a new Income Certificate.
What should I do if I made a mistake in the form?
If you have NOT locked the form finally, you can edit it. If the form is finally locked and submitted, you must wait for the official 'Correction Window' (usually opens in December) to make changes online.
Status says "Pending at District Scholarship Committee".
This is a normal status. It means your college has forwarded your hardcopy, and it is currently in the queue to be verified by the District Welfare Officer (DWO). Just keep checking the status periodically.

Strict Cyber Fraud & Scam Alert

SECURITY WARNING: Beware of fake calls or WhatsApp messages claiming to be from the "Vikas Bhawan" or "DWO Office". Scammers often ask for money or OTPs promising to approve your pending scholarship. The Social Welfare Department NEVER calls students asking for money. Do not share your Registration Password or Aadhaar details with unknown callers.
